The VP, Communication provides strategic vision and leadership for SHRM's communications efforts to drive positive perception of SHRM's brand and reputation. Develops and implements a global strategy for all public relations, media affairs, speakers bureau, internal, executive and organization-wide communications. This role also leads and consults leadership on crisis communications efforts for SHRM. The VP will collaborate across the organization to ensure communications are closely aligned with business objectives and compliment SHRMs overarching messages. VP will participate on the Operations Team to support management and policy formation.
