As the Senior E-Commerce Specialist you will handle existing partner programs with providers of human resources related tools and publications featured in the SHRM Store marketplace, and helps assess potential partners of human resources legal and compliance, talent management and training products. You will be responsible for the entire life-cycle of partner implementation, including proposing and implementing business cases; working with vendors and partners across the organization to finalize contracts; collaborating with Marketing to identify and implement brand, ecommerce and promotional strategies that increase customer acquisition and retention; analyzing sales and campaign performance data.
