Project Managers within SHRM's Technology department can positively affect all departments and initiatives within the organization, and offer access to all levels of the leadership team.
The Project Manager will provide project management, planning and assessment support for Information Technology projects across the organization. This includes responsibility for the planning, development, organization, and implementation of projects within budget and time constraints. Partnering with vendors and internal business stakeholders, the position schedules resources, monitors task completion, ensures projects are delivered according to requirements, and provides innovative solutions to complex functional issues that impact the organization or its business groups.
