    The Role:

    The Senior HR Analytics Analyst partners and collaborates with the Human Resources team to identify HR and workforce trends impacting the organization, provide insights into the effectiveness of the HR programs, and improve decision making related to staff programs that will attract, engage and retain key talents. The position uses analytical skills and a data driven approach to inform Human Resources decisions and provide insights into the organization and the people within it.


    Your Day:


    • Build strong relationships and collaborate with the HR Team, organization leaders and HR partners to help solve organizational challenges and to provide high quality data to assist with making data informed Talent and Human Resources decisions.
    • Collect, manipulate and analyze large sets of data from multiple sources to identify trends, connect findings, and make cohesive and creative recommendations that support the organization’s goals.
    • Create effective and easy to understand reporting solutions (i.e. dashboards, metrics, reports) to report on actuals and predict future needs and areas of focus in order to refine our Human Resources programs, develop and engage our talent, and support our organizational culture.
    • Prepare and deliver effective and high quality presentations to clearly communicate findings, insights and recommendations.
    • Support the evolution of our organizational culture by analyzing and identifying driving factors in organization-wide engagement surveys,  focusing on implementation of insights and feedback gathered.
    • Develop, own and run processes to streamline the compilation of periodic reports and analysis, including but not limited to monthly headcount report, HR dasboards and metrics.
    • Work closely with the talent acquisition team to use data to improve hiring and onboarding process, with particular focus on metrics, candidate experience, and candidate quality.
    • Provide actionable insights based on analysis of attrition, performance data, rewards programs, pay data and other metrics.
    • Partner with learning and development to research and design processes for building effective teams and the best people managers.
    • Stay current on trends and best-in-class programs in Human Resources in general and HR Analytics.


    Must Haves:


    • Bachelor  in Economics, Statistics, Business, Finance, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related field; Master's preferred.
    • SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP required within one year of employment.
    • 4 years of professional experience working with, managing and analyzing large data sets to solve problems and identify trends within Human Resources; 6 years of professional experience in the above mentioned areas preferred.
    • Working knowledge of HRIS, ATS, LMS, and various HR related systems
    • Experience and expertise in statistical and analytical techniques
    • Practical knowledge and/or demonstrated experience in Human Resources
    • Statistics, quantitave and qualitative analytical skills
    • Ability to tell a story from data gathered and findings

    • Strong communications and collaboration skills; ability to easily convey messages to different audience
