The Engagement and Culture Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, implementation and development of an employee relations strategy that is aligned with the SHRM philosophy and goals. This role is tasked with assisting in the successful implementation of initiatives that reinforces a strong and resilient organizational culture through meaningful employee engagement programs. The specialist ensures the creation of a fair, respectful, diverse and high-performance culture that enables employees to contribute their very best to the organization.
