Technology Solutions is within SHRM's Technology Operations division. Primary objective of the department is to ensure that SHRM's digital media provides an innovative and compelling user experience while reflecting the brand promise at all touch points with the help of flexible and cost-effective technology solutions. The technology solutions and tools encompass all of SHRM's online solutions including Digital Media, Interactive Design, eCommerce, DataWarehouse, Business Intelligence tools etc.
The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for designing and developing integration solutions and applications, securing and managing Application Programing Interfaces, and partnering with the data and architecture teams in laying out the strategic direction for services and APIs. The primary focus would be to create these solutions to integrate with our Enterprise Resource Planning platform (NetSuite) to enhance the overall functionality of the platform. The Senior Software Engineer also acts as a technical resource for junior engineers and leads certain projects.
