With core focus on promotion of information, products and services that drive member involvement and increase lifetime value, the Product Marketing Manager will create and oversee the marketing strategy for all SHRM Conferences, Education Programs, Credentials and SHRM Store products. This includes the development and management of the strategic marketing plans; management of the marketing budgets; implementation and analysis of each marketing campaign; management of day-to-day tactical functions of marketing and other related programs, including a team of marketing Specialists, that support the goals and objectives of SHRM. The manager will design, implement, and manage marketing plans across numerous product lines, including SHRM Conferences, Education Programs, Credentials and SHRM Store.
